move more fluidly. In the very first session you’ll learn

how to stabilise yourself properly and create

a good foundation for movement.

 

While Yoga and Pilates have been around for years,

our unique combination of techniques are proving

to reduce aches and pains. Importantly,

we’ve been instrumental in  helping

our members recover from illness or

cope with an ongoing condition.

 

Our easy body tailoring exercises start to

make you stronger. Your body shape improves

and clothes seem to fit that little bit easier. An unexpected

 We teach you how to nourish your body so

that you improve muscle tone, your ability to burn calories

and energy levels.
