Medical Group Sessions

 Our weekly Stride TLC sessions are designed for people with medical conditions,
with greater emphasis on seated and supported standing exercises.

We incorporate yoga, pilates and dance principles to help movement, strength, balance and confidence for daily activities. We offer two weekly programmes, one for those happy to walk, and one for those who prefer seated or supported standing exercises. We also provide continuity of care through our specialised neuro-physiotherapists, where therapies complement and maximise potential.

Stride Seniors & Stride Medical 

A slower session designed for our older striders or those with medical coditions such as heart, breathing or cognitive conditions. Set in a quieter, sheltered place with plenty of benches to rest if needs be.

A strong focus on strength exercises and stretching, along with help and encouragement to practice techniques between sessions to help maintain mobility.
