Don’t walk, Stride! To the back drop of our gorgeous Leigh-on-Sea views our unique walking course combines effective yoga, pilates and mindfulness techniques to something we do every day – walking!
Whether you are looking for a sociable walking group, an outlet for escape or to re-charge, to learn more about mindful living or gain support with a personal goal – our weekly walking sessions will be tailored to your needs and abilities.
