Our service starts with a 45-minute Masterclass presented to a group of employees. We present tips and techniques to help employees understand the value of self-investment, and how it helps to improve creativity and productivity, both in their professional and personal lives.

Walking Wellbeing Courses

We believe in a personalised approach so our material will be specifically tailored to what you are hoping to achieve for you or your team. We love to layer on levels of material to encourage your staff to adopt the principles of Stride in to their daily life and really begin to enjoy and benefit from it. Your options are: 6 x 45 mins weekly ‘Stride’, walking sessions (in person coaching and online Audios) based at work or green space or 6 x 60 mins weekly ‘More Me’ walking & mindset sessions with online support.
