Don’t walk, Stride! We are getting our city workers away from their desks with our unique walking course. We combine effective yoga, pilates and mindfulness techniques to something we do every day – walking!
The benefits of a 30 minute lunch time walk will last all afternoon, boosting performance, productivity and creativity in the workplace. When you’re busy in all areas of your life, stepping away from your desk to energise, re-charge and re-focus gives you that YOU time that is so important to your mental and physical wellbeing.
