These Terms & Conditions tell you and us the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which we provide training courses to coach the Stride technique including but not limited to, Get Started, Advanced Training, Stride Community, Stride Live Well & My Stride Medical (Stride Training Courses) to you as Franchise Partners and your coaches.
These Terms, together with our General Terms & Conditions published on our Website, will apply to any contract between us for the provision of Stride Training Courses. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before contracting with us to provide any Stride Training Courses. These Terms should also be read with the General Terms and Conditions found on our website, in particular, Clauses 17,19, 20 & 21. Please note that by subscribing to Stride Training Courses you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, those on our website and the other documents expressly referred to in it.
You may decide to print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference.
We may amend these Terms from time to time as set out in clause 6. Every time you wish to subscribe to Stride Training Courses, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the Terms which will apply at that time.
These Terms, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.
1. Information about us
1.1 We are Simply Stride Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 8137034 and with our registered office at Cumberland House, 24-28 Baxter Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6HZ.

2. Booking a Stride Training Course
2.1 When you’re ready to book a Stride Training Session, please initially speak with the Director of Franchise Training, Lisa Gosling, to discuss what training you require, for whom, and timings. Please secure your booking online or with Lisa Gosling using the Stride Training Course booking form. Your booking will then be confirmed by email.
2.2 Fees can be paid online by debit card or credit card, by cheque (made payable to Simply Stride) or by bank transfer, the details of which are as follows:

2.3 If you’re paying online by debit card or credit card, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
2.4 All bookings and payments for Stride Training Courses must be made by the Franchise Partner with us. Bookings for Stride Training Courses cannot be made by individual coaches
2.5 All bookings for a Stride Training Course can only be confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit of the total course fee, received from the Franchise Partner. Payment in full must be made 7 days before the Stride Training Course commences.
2.6 If you and your coach are sharing the cost of the provision of the Stride Training Course, it is your responsibility to collect your coaches contribution to the cost of the Stride Training Course and your resposibility to pay us the full amount for the Stride Training Course.
2.7 If you need to cancel a Stride Training Course, please see the cancellation procedure at clause 6 below.
2.8 Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, for example a coach being ill, or if there is extremely bad weather, we may need to cancel a Stride Training Course, alter the order in which it is delivered, change the venue or move the date. We reserve the right to do this and we will try to give you as much notice as possible. Where appropriate, and in our sole discretion, we will offer to refund the Stride Training Course.
3. Photography
We love sharing our special moments and successes from Stride Sessions, and this includes Stride Training Courses. Sometimes we’ll invite a photographer along to capture them. These photos and images and the intellectual property contained therein will be owned at all times by us and we reserve the right to photograph and film events for training purposes, as well as to assess your progress. We might also use the images for publicity on our site and promotional materials. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before your Stride Training Course takes place.
4. As a business customer
4.1 You confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you contract with us to deliver Stride Training Courses.
4.2 These Terms and the Terms of Website Use, Privacy Policy, and Website Acceptable Use Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between us, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
4.3 You acknowledge that in entering into this Contract you do not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Terms or our Privacy Policy, Terms of Website Use and Website Acceptable Use Policy.
4.4 You and we agree that neither of us shall have any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in this Contract.
5. How the contract is formed between you and us
5.1 Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
5.2 After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we’ve received your order. However, please note that this doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place as described in clause 5.3.
5.3 We’ll confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Stride Training Course has been subscribed to. (Confirmation Email). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Confirmation Email.
5.4 If we’re unable to supply you with a Stride Training Course, for example because the date for that Training Course has since become unavailable or there is an error on our part, we’ll inform you of this by e-mail and we won’t process your order. If you’ve already paid for the Stride Training Course, we’ll refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
6. Our right to vary these terms
6.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time in the following circumstances:
6.1.1 changes in how we accept payment from you; and
6.1.2 changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
6.2 Every time you subscribe to a Stride Training Course, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the Contract between you and us.
6.3 Whenever we revise these Terms in accordance with this clause 6, we’ll keep you informed and give you notice of this by stating that these Terms have been amended and the relevant date at the top of this page.
7. Your Obligations before and after attending a Stride Training Course
7.1 Before attending the Stride Training Course you will receive Training Materials relevant to that Stride Training Course. On receipt of Training Materials, sent electronically or by hard copy, please ensure that whoever will receive the training, the trainee coach acknowledges receipt of the same to Lisa Gosling, by email.
7.2 The trainee coach is required to read the Training Materials before attending the Stride Training Course. It will be assumed that the trainee coach has done so and the pace of the Stride Training Course will proceed as though the Training Material has been read.
7.3 The trainee coach will have the opportunity to agree the date by when assessments are to be completed and returned to the Coach Trainer. This date shall be confirmed to you in writing at the completion of the Training Course. It is your obligation to ensure that all documentation and assessments are completed by this date and failure to do so will incur an administration charge of £25, unless otherwise agreed by the Coach Trainer.
7.4 It is anticipated that on completion of the Simply Stride technical and practical elements of the Stride Training course that all participants will satisfy and meet the coaching qualification criteria. If for any reason a person who has completed the Stride Training Course but who does not meet the coaching qualification criteria, a fee of £25 will be incurred to cover the administration costs and additional time spent by the Stride Coach Trainer for that person to meet the coaching qualification, unless otherwise agreed by the Stride Coach Trainer.
7.5 Training Materials & Manuals may be updated and revised as necessary. All changes to Training Manuals will be communicated to you as Franchise Partner & Self -Employed Contractors by email with updated versions of the pages that have been altered. It is the responsibility of all Franchise Partners, their employees, and Self Employed Contractors to maintain an up to date electronic version of all Training Materials & Manuals.
7.6 It is the Franchise Partner’s and its employees and Self Employed Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that up to date versions of the Training Materials are brought to the Stride Training Sessions, in electronic or hard copy format.
